Hi sun boy
I had the same problem with realplayer sometime ago when i was searching for a good player for my audio and video files. but realplayer didnt workout for me. maybe this might help you to open it.
su -
yum install compat-libstdc++-33
If you want to uninstall it open add/remove applications and select the search tab. then select installed packages type relplayer there and click search. there will be a tick on the realplayer check box. remove the tick from there and click apply a tthe botom. this should remove it.
Im using MPlayer and VLC player. these players can almost play any video or audio format, and MPlayer can be used to view video files embedded in websites with mozila-plugin. You can download these from package manger or from yum if you have freshrpms repo or you can go to freshrpms.net and download the rpms and mannually install them. BTW is there any special reason for realplayer?
Hope this helps.
