    GRUB showing 6 operating systems

I recently updated openSUSE 10.2 with the internet. It looked like it was a kernal update of something. Now when I go to GRUB it shows 6 operating systems. Two versions of the updated openSUSE to boot, two versions of the failsafe of openSUSE to boot, something called Xen or Zen, and Windows. Whats wrong?

GRUB is displaying a list of all kernels. Uninstall earlier kernel versions through Yast. If you have any confusion, post the contents of /boot/grub/menu.lst file here.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
