Install PCLOS 2007 and upgraded Firefox And Thunderbird to 2006 all system operating properly.

From synaptic I then upgraded Kdebase and the dependencies libbeagle 0 and liblazy 0.

The desktop upon startup has the error
"The desktop preview and pager applet could not be loaded>Please check your installation".

Tried to install desktop and review applet getting same error message.
Login as root only duplicates the same error and other problems.

Windows are smaller than normal and unable to open manually also the X to close and the icon to change window size are all missing.

Basically the windows are all messed up
