I am having trouble getting Mandvd to finalise the DVD structure I keep receiving this error

So I have the console output (below) but I don't really understand it font is Dejavu serif size 12, and all titles are listed in the frame and in center (in fact I have moved theme everywhere) . If I use picture menu's it works fine. I would really like picture and text, but at the moment would just love to know what it is trying to tell me so i know what to do with text menu's in future.
