    Exclamation Compatibility issues

    I am running a Gateway with AMDturion 64 Laptop with 2 gigs of ram. I currently am running Gutsy Gibbon with 64 bit program. My Firefox browser will close randomly a lot. I have tried 3 times to get the iso fro 32 bit and something has paused it halfway through.

    What may be causing Firefox to be shutting down automatically??

    I am brand new btw to linux.

    Execute firefox in Terminal/Konsole and check if it throws any error.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
