    2 options
    1) manualy configure it all
    2) reboot from the live cd, and when it ask for kernel, try the smp instead of gentoo, i know you dont have multiple processors, neither do i, but the 'gentoo' default kernel never detected my dhcp, but the 2.6 'smp' kernel did... so its worth a shot.

    ahhh god, this is heavy

    i managed to steal my brothers internet cable so ive got temporary access into linux redhat 8

    i tried smp and i duno if it detected it, ill try again, this **** is deep, do damn complicated
