Plug-in second disk and execute sudo fdisk -l command in Terminal.
It will list partitions of second disk. Mount all partitions of second disk and check contents.
If you have any confusion/problem, post the output of sudo fdisk -l command here.
Code:sudo fdisk -l

Plug-in Xubuntu Hard Disk as Primary and other HD as Secondary. Set Xubuntu disk as First Boot Device in BIOS. Xubuntu will boot up default.
