    Application Equivilents

I just switched over to a Debian-only system, and wanted to know if there were available Linux equivilents to the programs I've learned to love on Windows. The list of program equivilents I would like to use include:

    1. Photoshop
    2. Kazaa
    3. Dreamweaver
    4. Flash
    5. PowerDVD
    6. Windows Media Player
    7. Office XP
    8. Nero
    9. An application that will run Windows and MAC programs

If anyone knows any other useful Linux programs I should get, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Check out this post, which is located fantastically and niftily three posts above yours as a sticky: http://linuxforums.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2528. It gives a link to a pretty thorough table of equivalents. Let us know if there's anything you don't find.
