You see I am thinking to change to linux but I am only 13 years old and don't know which to choose.I am not the kind of teenager that would spend all his time playing PC gamed so I don't mind changing to linux and I know that they play only a few games.I prefer surfing in the internet but I play only one game:WoW.So please could you tell me a good distro that can play this game?I don't care if it isn't easy to use,I will learn how to use it in some time

Welcome to the forums!
Check the link in my signature for lots of good information in getting started with Linux. You'll find a couple of quizzes there that should help you to decide which distro(s) you might want to try.
Best of luck with your Linux experience!oz

Hi, fivos,
Start by downloading a few different live CD's and see which ones you like best. (You have to use something like InfraRecorder to burn the disks.) A lot of people say Ubuntu is great for beginners, but I had problems with it...plus, it's not ready for browsing out of the box. I'd recommend checking out Linux Mint and PCLinuxOS. Versions of both are available with different desktop environments: KDE, Gnome, XFCE and others. My favorite is PCLinux of the Gnome variety.
As for games, you may be able to run them with Wine, but I have no experience with that. You'd have to install the OS to check that out.

I think your best bet will be with Ubuntu, it is a very user friendly distribution with documentation for just about everything. Just searched "Wow on Ubuntu" and there you go... a guide on getting your game to work. Good luck! If you do wind up using Ubuntu post in the Debian forums if you have any problems!

No one can tell which distro is best for other. I would suggest you try as many as you can and decide yourself. Check the link that ozar has suggested.
Dont hesitate to start a new thread if you have any other question. It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
