32-bit blender compatible with 64-bit blender?

So here is the scoop. I have a friend that wants me to help him create a 3D game. We are both using blender, but i am using the 32-bit version and he is using the 64-bit version. Will that be a problem?

I am not familiar with blender, but data files shouldn't care about arch.

Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to exchange a doc or txt file with a mac or amd64 user.

In theory the Macs use Core 2 duos, which hare supposedly 64 bit, so you could, but that's irrelevant.

As for the point, Yes, blender files should be architecture independent (in English: it will work)
