Just boot up from Windows Installation CD and select repair. Execute fixmbr command at prompt. It will remove GRUB and Windows OS will boot up by default.

Boot up Windows and type diskmgmt.msc in RUN dialog box. Disk Management Tool window will pop up. Delete all partitions marked as Unknown. Create new partitions.

In case Windows Installation CD doesn't work, boot up from SuperGRUB CD and select 'Fix Windows Boot Loader' option from list.

Do let me know how it goes. Good Luck !
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Click the link in the words "SuperGRUB CD" in Casper's post.
