    Hi and Welcome !

It looks like Graphics Card problem. Have you tried to install in Text Mode?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Does it throw any error message. Is installer restarting machine itself?

Press Alt+Ctrl+F1. Does it drop you at text mode and display any error message?

Hi, and welcome to Linux Forums!

Backtrack is for Linux system administrators, and not a good distro for new users. Try something like Ubuntu to learn how to use Linux.

Also, do not revive old threads for new questions, start a new thread of your own.
