    Problem with EXE files

    Hi

    I downloaded the Linux version of geekbench and transferred it to my other comp with Ubuntu 6.06 installed on it...but when i double click on the exe file, it doesn't open...

    Any idea why it doesnt work?

    Edit: Ive tried downloading it again...

    exe is windows executable, you need to use wine to run them, are you sure that you downloaded the linux version? usually they will not be in exe format...
