a list of "opted in" distros please

OK, I am looking for distros that the leaseware is opted in as opposed to the majority where one has to include it after the actual install(because of copy-write issues), to date I only know of two, Mint linux and PClinux

this is because I like starting off newbies on a linux that is both easy and complete to install, both are good but I am now looking for others too, please advise

I believe ZenWalk and Vector Linux include multimedia codecs by default. Slackware as well.
