Hi,
Can somebody point me where I can find some ready to use personal/small business(todo,calendar,accounts,...) applications on linux.
This is important to convince somebody to move to linux. Appreciate your help.

Evolution is groupware, it has calendar, to do and of course mail. For accounts check out GnuCash. Both are available - Evolution by default in Ubuntu and GnuCash is in the repositories.

Kde has kdepim, which has almost anything. There are lots of apps into that package: kmail, knotes, kontact... I don't use much of this, so I can't be more explicit. Just download any livecd based on a kde desktop and see yourself.

And then there is Open Office. It's a pretty good productivity suite.

GnuCash seems to be great tool.
