Welcome to the forums SilverWolf
I assume you want to dual boot Windows and Linux, I think this can be done with all distros. The installer will usually setup dual boot for you ... installing a bootloader called Grub. There are a couple of distros that use LILO as the default bootloader but these should setup dual boot also.
You can actually use Windows bootloader to setup a dual boot but this is a bit more involved and needs to be done by the user if required.
Did you have a particular distro in mind?

Not right now, I'm just looking around right now, trying to figure out which one'll be right for me.

Welcome to the forums, SilverWolf!
You will probably have to experiment with some different distributions to find the one that's best suited for you and your hardware. Some users settle in right away with a certain distro, while other users might spend months looking for the one that feels just right.
Best of luck with your own venture into the world of Linux.oz

All distros can be used in a multi boot environment. Some make the process very easy by automatically detecting the presence of other Linux distros and Windows, whilst others leave you to do the configuration yourself.
