I hope you don't really meant what you wrote. If you need to get root access into your linux machines, use a ssh client or something like that:

sshwindows.sf.net: OpenSSH for Windows

If you are going to give full access to your system from a windows machine, then you are as vulnerable as the windows machine itself.
