Theres quite a few that do come with wine.
Fedora and SuSe do.
You need to select it from the installer when installing.
Or with other distros alot of them will have Wine the package manager that they ship with. Ubuntu is one such distro.

Most distros support wine and can install it via their respective package manager, except for small rescue distros and the like.

Knoppix used to come with WINE, but not sure if it still does. It's really meant for use as a livecd but can be installed to the hard drive.

Wine is not meant for DOS emulation. Use dosbox or dosemu for that.

Knoppix does not have wine pre-installed any longer........
