    executing '.bin files in redhat error by extracting payload?


    im trying to install hlds server for linux. and when i have executed the file in "terminal" which is .bin using the "./" command. i get this after accepting the agreements -

    its not much more i've done.. just opened the terminal and executed the .bin file

    Perhaps the error is somewhere in the tgz file? Try extracting it manually and see what's in there? Just a thought

    does not exist. the .bin files name is hlds.bin ( i renamed it ) should it matter?

    correct i only have 1 file. thats hlds.bin

    try grepping hlds.bin for /usr/steam/hlds_l_1120_full.tgz
