    Knoppix


    I burned knoppix as a bootable disc and when i try to start it up, it loads up then it comes to a screen where it says "[DR-DOS] A:\" no matter what i type it does nothing. I disabled the floppy drive and have the cd-rom set as my boot drive. I'm lost.

    The computer boots of the CD and shows that prompt ? Or does it try to boot from the cd and fails and shows that prompt ?

    Use Roxio or CLone cd and use the the burn ISO from image......it worked for me

    i used nero, nero has worked for burning iso's for me in the past

    what options do u use?

    you should burn ISO image with disk at once
    Graham - You'd better Use Linux!

    I'm registerd Linux user #397030. What about you?
