    Welcome to the forums!

In Ubuntu, check in your system menu for Synaptic. It's a front-end for apt, the package manager used by Debian-based distributions. Look around in Synaptic for setting various repos to download packages from. It shouldn't be hard to find.

    Hello, and welcome to Linux.

Here is what you're looking for

System → Administration → Synaptic Package Manager

    Then

    Settings → Repositories

Here is a guide I've just found.

If you have any more problems, don't hesitate to post.

    Good luck!
