Hi Guys

Am a .Net Developer not Big in Open Source. I have Came Across Trixbox .I thought It will be a Better Solution for my Company in the Call Centre Department. But am new to Linux , but I have touched it academically. So I would like you guys to explain to me, why Trixbox and how can you integrate it with Sugar-CRM and how does Sugar plays its role and where does VOP fits in and i heard people say i should use Asterix , why it. Is trixbox like an OS, and it has Packages ?, Well i have Downloaded Pro version and installed it, and i dont see a GUI, i only see the login in Command Prompt, Fine i need to know how can i see the GUI, and i tried to run the RPM command well they have worked when i tried to run a Command like this

rpm -i -a *.rpm

and i was in the media/cdrecorder/ directory , and there is something called webmin, i tried to install it, and i was not Successfull. After installing the Packages, well there were Permission errors while it install , i tried to ping the Machine that host Trixbox, and i could reach it and and did it from a Laptop and it could reach it, now i was tryining to Access the webmin from the Laptop but still my Browser that side could not Connect.

What is Wrong and what should i put in mind while working in Trixbox.
