APCI: screen doesn't turn back on after closing/opening laptop screen
When i'm in windows, and close the laptop screen, power to the screen is turned off. When I reopen the laptop screen, its power is also turned back on. In slackware linux when I do this, it does not turn back on, unless when i press the poweroff button -- but then the computerAPCI: screen doesn't turn back on after closing/opening laptop screen shuts down.. I have looked at the APCI and there are the following options:
enable standby
enable suspend
enable hibernate
enable performance profiles
enable CPU throttling.
Right now I have enable standby and enable suspend turned on - but this is not solving my problem.
