Network adapter issue
Hi , Im verry new in linux I hope U gays can help me out
I have redhat installed on it i have a firewall Shorewall installed.I had configured a bridged firewall so I can ccouple it to another Server
evrything is configured in my shorewall program, and it works fine.
but when I restart my pc or restart my networkcards (the shorewall pc).The firewallwont work andI will lose internet connection of the firewall.
I have 3 network adapers installed in the pc (firewall) It seems like when I restart or do network restart the linux randomly rename the 3 network cards.
I need to change this in linux in the way that it will not change afeter restarting, because if it keeps changing , my configuration in the shorewall will not work.
I had the same problem with the bridge , but I had resolved this by making a Script for when my pc resatart it automatically makes a new one.
I hope U can help me
