    is realplayer compatable

    i got my acer aspire one today with linux and im use to xp so im trying to get realplayer installed so i can watch youtube videos on the net then click the mouse and download video to my pc like my windows xp does, can it be done

    Check this link about installing programs on Aspire One.

    Can you see youtube videos in firefox? If you can't you must install a package with a name like flashplugin.
    On the Add/remove programs it mentions, search for realplayer.
    Also try vlc, it can play downloaded flash videos.
