    boot options , kernel change

    i have fedora 9 live dvd

    it says that i dont have an x86_64 bit machine so cant boot
    when i try to install fedora 9

    i want to know that how do i change the kernel options
    and boot with a 32 bit cpu kernel

    I'm afraid you will have to get the 32Bit version of that DVD.

    32 vs. 64 bit is not only a question of the kernel but also of the version of the compiled libraries and most executables.
    Debian GNU/Linux -- You know you want it.

    I agree with GUN-Fan. Its not possible to install 64bit OS in 32bit machine. You can install 32bit OS in 64bit machine though.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
