Red Hat is great, but it is commercial and can't download it immediately..
CentOS is 100% the same as Red Hat, but without the brand name.
OpenSuse and Ubuntu are great and very user friendly.
In a world without walls and fences, who needs windows and gates?

    Welcome to the forums!

All those that you mentioned above are considered user friendly by most new users, so any of them should work for you. It's best to try each of them and then decide for yourself which one you like.

If you don't want to purchase Red Hat Enterprise, take a look at CentOS, as it's basically Red Hat without the logos and paid support channel.

Best of luck to you with Linux.
