    I've never used Linpus, but I know it's Fedora based and I've seen screenshots. I think it really depends on what mode you're in. If you're in "Easy Mode" (with the different categories at the top), you probably go to settings -> display. If you're in desktop mode, which is much more like a traditional window manager, I would imagine you can find a control panel under your main menu. And if you're comfortable with it, you should be able to get a terminal by hitting Alt+F2 and you can find a utility to do it from there.
