    Reference To Linux Commands


    Can anyone tell me where some good online reference to linux commands are? I'm new to Linux (Which so far Is WAY better than Windose) and need to learn about it so I can start doing away with Microsoft.

    how long have you been using linux i have only been using it since 3rd july and i can do most things on it now.

    Roughly a week but I don't know Jack about programing and such so it's all new to me. Linux it seems you have to know something just to compile a program if it doesn't have a install script...

    i had used windows all my life and when i changed over to linux it was a bit of a shock to the system but it isnt that hard to learn really i don't know any thing about programming and i still manged to use it. what distro are you using?

    Mandrake 10.0 I really like and really want to be done with Windows. The hole in SP2 did it for me. You make it sound promising. Thanks for all the help. BTW what distro do you use?

    i use fedora core 2 i think its the easist out of the ones i have tried wich are madrake 9.2 and suse 9.1 pro and i may try DSL later.
