I reset the password incorrectly and now I can't get into my new Shuttle with Linux. I have no idea what I'm doing!

login? re-install
I re-install it with Ubuntu ... its loading now on the other computer. I had attempted to use the instructions you sent but never could get pass the login. Thank you.

We do not suggest re-installation unless problem is too complex. Its really easy to reset password.
One could boot up in Rescue/Single User Mode and reset password easily.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
