how to sync date/time to all my servers

How do I synchronize all my server using the same date and time? I don't want to use other server just to synchronize time with their server. What I want is to setup a time server where all of my remaining server will query the time of the server and change the date/time according to what info it gathered from the time server

    I'd suggest looking into NTP:
Network Time Protocol - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

While these do use an external server (more reliable that way), you could probably figure out how to use one of your own servers as the master and set it up that way.
