Post Installing Script on a Linux server?

I want to install ffmpeg on my server but I am not completely sure how. I found this site that showed a way that looks pretty easy but I dont know where to type these commands in. (How to Install FFmpeg on Linux ~The Easy Way~) I only have access to this server through cPanel because it is just a reseller account. So where do I go in cPanel or whatever to install the program?

    Thanks!

P.S. I asked my hosting provider and they told me that it is supported but I have to install it.

Sorry but I have no idea what that means. Where in that manual can I find how to do this? How do I get in a terminal session?

Wow this is complicating! I think I have it all figured out but there are just a few things I don't know how to do. Anyone what to do it for me? I will pay you a few bucks($20?).
