quake 4, and unreal tournament 2 both have linux installer scripts, then theres American Army Ops, which is native to linux.

In FPS there is Enemy Territory, Tremulous and Savage. Second Life isn't really a game but runs well with the Linux Beta and can be very intriguing to "play." Don't ever start playing FrozenBubble. If you do, let friends and family know what you're up to. Otherwise, it could be years before someone finds your mummified corps in front of your PC.
