i have almost the same problem...

i've noticed one particular aspect that i've skiped before....tell me: do you had a ISPConfig system running on your pc? It's not something sure, but i'm guessing that this is the problem.

i can't connect either...and when i say i can't connect, i really can't connect...the single "USER" i see in that login box in "Other..." drive's me nuts when i see it...good thing i have a dual boot sistem...

by the way...i have fedora 10 installed and the pc is used for a dns/mail/ftp/www/hosting server as well as development platform for web site and a desktop.

so...anybody got a solution to this here problem?
