Iv downloaded a virus and has spread to all my files and has deleted my system 32 files so i cant load up windows XP.
Im thinking of loading on Linux but i dont know how to.
If you can help it would be nice.
I also need to delete all of the file on the pc.

Welcome to the forums!
Check the link in my signature for lots of good information on getting started with Linux. Basically, you download the ISO file for the distribution of your choice, burn the ISO file to disk as an image, boot with the newly created installation CD, install the Linux system, and enjoy Linux.
Post back with any questions you might have.
