has any one had any sucess in using a magicjack under linux or /wine or virtural box
it would ssssure be a help if i could run it directly under linux but barring that al least under wine or vmbox machines see it but as a either a thum drive or cd rom it is usb port telco device i use it in my businee and it is a pain to leave evolution to make phone call and yes i know about skype but this already paid for for 2 more years ( one of the first to get it) was running everything under redmond cofines and got tired of box crashing any ideas

Looks like VM Ware is the way to go short of dualbooting Windows. Looks kinda bleak for Linux though.Linux Registered User # 475019

Sun virtual box is supported better for Linux. I'd say, go for VM.

thanks for the information i will chek it out by the way on softpedia i found a way to merge seamsley and using just a key stroke to change os but the magic jack wont load at boot und this format need to load prior to os so it runs on its own under dos or ??? somthing i guess still working on it the help is apreccciated
