    [SOLVED] cant install :(

    hi, i have an acer aspire 3610.. it meets all the system requirements to run linux.. but any kind of linux i run doesnt install all the way or my screen shuts off... ubuntu has gotten me the furthest.. installed and ask me to restart. from the partition i chose ubuntu loads for a while and the my screen shuts off.. i need some help its making me go crazy lol.. but i would like to have SuSE running and when it loads the cd it says kernal not found or something.. a lot of cd have went into the garbage.. so any help would be great running ubuntu or suse thanks
