    Ubuntu Parition Question

    Hey I am a noob at this sort of thing I don't want to mess this up. The guided option for the install of ubuntu recommends to use almost all my free hard drive for the ubuntu partition. Linux has the partition editor, after i install it can i just make it smaller or is there a easier way to make it smaller? Please help.

    if you do manual partitioning, you can specify the size of the partitions you create, ubuntu needs at least 10gb to be comfortable I'd say
