    The simplest way is to put the Windows CD in the drive and boot from that. If you have only Puppy on the hard drive you will need to re-install. If you also have Windows but can't boot to it try running the recovery console on the Windows CD and when at the command line run the command fixmbr

    I also suggest you try some distributions that aren't so technical, such as Ubuntu Linux or Open Suse. There's more to linux than complex distributions. I use Ubuntu and am looking for a more technical distribution. Ubuntu could be a nice try. If you don't like the looks of Ubuntu you can also go for a more Windows like look with KUbuntu.
