Help With Choosing a Distro
I just finished reading the how to choose a distro thread, but I'd like some additional advice, because I have some specific needs. The test scored me 100% for Opensuse.
I want a dual boot that I can use specifically for work. I don't plan on installing any non-work related stuff on it, so I'd like it as simple as possible.
It must run firefox addons without any problems.
Easy driver setup would be a plus. I installed ubuntu once and while the actual installation only took 30 minutes, installing the driver for my wireless card took me 3 hours.
Thank you for your help!

Hello and Welcome.
I think OpenSUSE would be a good distro, I used it about 2 months ago and I had very few problems with it. I say have a go at it.I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.

Welcome to the forums!

Most folks report back that the distro chooser/quiz was dead on for them, so it might work that way for you as well. With that in mind, OpenSuse sounds like a good place to start.
Best of luck with your venture into the unknown!oz

Though OpenSUSE is good, I suggest you to give a try to Linux Mint and Mandriva
