    Question can't find the downloaded file.

    hai ,
    i am a newbie to linux,i wanted to instal picasa in my pc which runs on opensuse.i downloaded it from google. while downloading the file, it said 'all files are downloaded to desktop'. after downloading the software installer opened, but nothing happened after that, also i couldn't find the downloaded file in my desktop too.kindly reply.................:
