    Noobe Question on VM

    I dual boot Ubuntu 8.10 / XPhomesp3.

    If I install a VM in Ubuntu can I install & run MS Flight Sim in it?

    so you have a dual boot setup, but want to create a VM inside your ubuntu setup to run ms flight sim? i assume you want the vm to run windows? 3d support is garbage in vmware, i wouldn't bother

    I am now dual booting, but thought that as FS9 does not run in Linux, if it would run in VBox then it would be outside Ubuntu & would not be 3rd party, & I could get rid of XP.

    Does this "....3d support is garbage...." means I cannot install FS9 or it will not run in VBox?
