Theres nothing as most secured. security is just more custom..
Good security can be obtained in most of the distros.

What are your security level expectations?

As said, security is not distro dependant, unless the targeted distro is fundamentally broken. Most users will be happy with a regular iptables firewall and very little more.

So, it all depends to what degree do you want to improve your security.

You can learn about iptable and how to tighten your security in many ways without having to migrate to another distro, assuming that for the rest you are happy with it. There are more advanced topics like SELinux, Pax, entryption of your HD, chroot jails, honeypots, etc. if you are running a server and feel a bit paranoid.
