Is it possible to use the cube on a live cd?
Can i download things when using a live cd? because i want to download different themes and software just to get a feel of how to do it.
( i dont have a dvd burner at the time so i cant check myself)
Are there any distributors that will include most drivers, so that i dont have to worry about installing them. ( i am new and inexperienced with linux.
i heard it is difficult to install ati radeon hd2100 driver and that is what my mother board uses.
can i use my motherboard cd to install drivers on linux?

1. Yes, assuming the live CD comes with the correct driver for your graphics card. Distros generally don't ship with proprietary drivers. You probably will not be able to get the cube working with your ATI card on a live CD.
2. Yes. You will lose any changes on reboot though. You might look into doing a persistent install on a USB flash drive, to keep changes across sessions. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LiveUsbPendrivePersistent
3. Any of the major distros include a wealth of drivers. I don't think I've ever had to install a driver for my hardware, with the exception of my nvidia card, and the occasional wireless card. Also, though, when I buy new hardware, I google around to check compatibility first.
4. ATI has a linux driver they put out, but it has historically been pretty bad. I believe a new version just came out, so maybe some of the problems are fixed. I think the HD2100 is supported, but you should check that. There is also the open source xf86-video-ati driver, available. I do not believe this driver supports 3D acceleration, though, so you wouldn't be able to use compiz with it.
5. Unless your motherboard CD includes drivers written for linux, which is unlikely, you won't be able to use it.
