what is 02,03 attribute in DIR_COLORS

Hey I opened up this file called DIR_COLORS
which contains the color mappings for files and directory. I saw the attribute values 00,01 and 04 and so on but 02 and 03 are missing. I tired giving an extension 02 ( it resulted in making the extension invisible) but didn't understand what is 03 for???
Only if I could understand the man pages
