find a nice laptop without software

hi, i am new to linux and open source software and I'm wondering what the best place to buy a laptop without preloaded software, as i'd be using open source variants instead?

if i could customize it and get a warranty would be best... but i know that's probably too much to ask for

I've searched long and hard before I bought my notebook, as I had the same question. It depends on where you live, but the best bet is online. Machines like Zepto are available without software, as are others.

Where in the world do you live?

I imagine that the cheapest non-Windows-bundled netbook in your local highstreet store would do the trick for Linux!
