Does your machine has internet access?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Here is a cheatsheet for most the main package managers.

DistroWatch.com: Put the fun back into computing. Use Linux, BSD.

Your machine must have internet access to install packages through up2date or yum. You can install already downloaded packages using rpm command but it might throw dependency problems.
