How to start a terminal window at the directory selected (take 2)

    Hello everyone,

I am pretty new to linux, running Ubuntu 9.04 Desktop. I am wondering if there is a way to open a terminal window for a selected directory.

There was a previous thread on the very same topic, but the links to the scripts are all dead, and I can't find answers anywhere else...

    Thanks for any help!

    Eric

Install the package nautilus-open-terminal. This will give an option (with right click) to open a terminal to the current location from within the filemanager.
