    YUM is a package tool for use with Red Hat / Fedora / CentOS:

    Fedora Project, sponsored by Red Hat

    WINE is software used with Linux to run some Windows applications:

    WineHQ - Run Windows applications on Linux, BSD, Solaris and Mac OS X

    su is a command to switch to another user ID. Run man su from the command line for more info.

    Some quick googling will garner more information on all of them.
