Grub does not recognize my XP installation

    Hi,
I am a total noobie and want to try UBUNTU. I have a Triple boot system with XP, Win 7, and now UBUNTU 9.04. Everything works wonderfully except the Grub boot loader. It only shows the Win 7 OS as Vista(which it is) but does not show the XP Partition, however when selecting the Vista OS it brings up the Vista Boot loader and does list the xp installation. I guess the question I have is how can I get the XP OS listed in the Grub bootloader? As I said Im a total noobie and have never run Linux before so I can use all the help I can get.

    Thanks.

You actually dual booted Windows XP and Windows 7 first.
Where Windows 7 overwritten the MBR, and put entry in XP.
Now Ubuntu will only detect Windows installation which had its MBR installed.

You can put Windows XP entry manually in /boot/grub/menu.lst
    Never make any misteaks.
